Several decades ago, our family was among the very first to bring kebab to Estonia. Before Brööder, all the secret recipes had only seen the light of day in Viljandi and at various festivals. But as a new and rebellious generation, we decided to bring the most authentic kebab experience to the capital as well.
Growing up surrounded by a love for kebab, we also set out to gain more skills around the world. By working alongside the most renowned Scandinavian kebab chefs, we learned valuable expertise from true professionals.
Our goal is to change the image of kebab — with the right ingredients, handmade dough, and great passion, we can turn kebab into a truly exceptional taste experience.
