We are a small bakery where we bake sourdough loaves, breads, and smaller pastries. In addition to bread, we also deeply care about quality coffee and collaborate with local farmers and other organic producers. We always prepare everything fresh on the same morning, which is why our bakers start their workday at 4 a.m., so that by 8 a.m. the first batch of fresh baked goods is ready. We continue baking throughout the day, so most of the time (if supply allows), you can also get a fresh loaf around lunchtime.
We are aware that we can change the world through our own actions, and that great changes begin with small steps. We have taken it as our mission to reduce our footprint as much as possible, ensuring that our house remains sustainable forever. We understand that we are only at the beginning of our journey, but we are certainly on the right path.
