Please keep the center's interior intact and clean.
Please keep pets in your arms, in a bag, or on a leash, and do not leave them unattended.
Please do not ride bicycles, skateboards, or roller skates inside the center.
Center Internal Rules
Not allowed in Pärnu Keskus
- Consumption of alcohol outside cafes and restaurants licensed to sell alcohol
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes)
- Disturbing visitors present in the center
- Begging and fortune-telling in and around the center
- Damaging or destroying furnishings and decorations
The security guard has the right
- to remove troublemakers from the center and, if necessary, hand them over to the police.
- to prohibit individuals who disturb other visitors or threaten their safety, including those who show obvious signs of intoxication, from staying in the center.
Please request written permission from PK Arendus OÜ:
- For distributing or installing any advertisements in the center
- For conducting surveys or interviews with visitors in the center
- For organizing events in the center
- For organizing the sale of goods in the center

If possible, please inform the information desk of Pärnu Keskus about any violations of the center's internal regulations.
