Center

The storage lockers are located near the Põhja Street entrance and in the corridor by the Selver entrance.

Lockers are located in two places in the center.

  • At the entrance to the Selver grocery store
  • Near the Põhja St. entrance, close to the Sportland store.

You can use any locker that has a key in the door. Insert €0.50 or €1 to lock the locker. When you open the locker and return the key, you will get your money back.

The SEB ATM is located on the 1st floor of the center next to the Smartpost parcel terminal. The nearest Swedbank ATM is on the Ringi street side of Port Artur 2. In the same location, you will also find a Luminor / LHV cash machine.

The restrooms are located on the third floor of both buildings, next to the H&M store and near the Apollo bookstore.
The accessible restroom can be found on the 3rd floor near the Apollo bookstore.

Gift card

A new Astri digital gift card is now available at Pärnu Keskus. You can purchase it from the gift card vending machine (located near the I.L.U. store), at the Selver information desk, or online at https://astri.ee/parnu-keskus/kinkekaart/

The gift card is valid in most stores at Pärnu Keskus, including Apollo Kino. Astri gift cards are also accepted at all other Astri Group shopping centers: Lõunakeskus, Fama Keskus, and Astri Keskus.

The gift card is valid for 1 year.

 

  • How long is the gift card valid and what happens to the card after the expiry date?

  • The validity period of the gift card is 1 year.

  • If there are unused funds on the card after 12 months from the date of purchase, the gift card will be closed. The remaining amount will stay on the card. It is possible to reactivate a closed card for one month by writing to parnukeskus@astri.ee

  • The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or a new gift card.

Yes. If the purchase amount exceeds the balance on the gift card, the difference can be paid either in cash or by bank card.

The shopping center is not responsible for the loss of the card or any resulting damages. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and no monetary refund can be issued for transactions made with the card if they are cancelled.

To return goods purchased with a gift card, please contact the respective store and, if possible, exchange the item.

For further gifting, we recommend purchasing one gift card with a larger value instead of several cards with smaller amounts. This card can be used in multiple stores until the full balance is spent within the validity period.

  • The gift card is not valid in the coin machines at Pärnu Keskus or in various vending machines offering different services and products.
  • The gift card is not valid at the following partners: H&M, Selver, Kingsepp.

The Astri gift card cannot be used from 21.06.2022 to pay for purchases on Astri.ee.

The gift card is valid in all Astri Group centers: Lõunakeskus, Pärnu Keskus, Astri Keskus, and Fama Keskus.

Pärnu Keskus:

  • The gift card is valid at Pärnu Keskus shopping locations and Apollo Cinema.

The gift card is not valid at the following stores/services in Pärnu Keskus: H&M, Selver, Shoe Repair.

To extend expired gift cards, please write to:

You can also visit any Astri Group shopping center information desk with your expired gift card.

If you wish to purchase a physical gift card for a company and pay by invoice, please proceed as follows:

  • Place your gift card order in our online store and select "By Invoice" as the payment method.

  • The cards can be collected from the center by prior arrangement after the payment has been received.

  • Please inform us in writing in advance of the name of the person who will collect the cards and the date, so that the cards can be prepared on time.

If you wish to order digital gift cards, please make your purchase on our website at https://astri.ee/parnu-keskus/kinkekaart/ and conveniently pay by credit card or select "By Invoice" as the payment method. After the payment has been received, the digital gift cards will be sent to your chosen email address.

  • The gift card is biodegradable and can be disposed of in organic waste.

 

  • Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to pay with a gift card at Selver grocery stores.

Money cannot be added to the gift card, and an empty card cannot be reloaded.
