Astri Grupp is developing a new approximately 15,000 m² commercial building at Keskuse tee 8, Raadi, Tartu Parish, with Kesko Senukai K-Rauta as the anchor tenant.
The building will be completed in the autumn of 2026 and will be twice the size of the current K-Rauta stores in Estonia, offering a wide selection of construction, garden, and household goods, a drive-in service, and modern solutions. As a result of the project, 140 new jobs will be created, and residents of the area will have a convenient local shopping destination.
In the long term, the goal is to develop Raadi Center into a broader community hub, where various businesses and services will be located, creating value for local residents. This will make Raadi a modern living environment where commerce, services, and community come together.
